Shipping & Returns


We offer free delivery within South Africa for all orders R750 or more. 

Orders of in-stock items are processed and dispatched after one business day, unless otherwise specified on the item's product page as some items are made to order and may need a few days to make up especially for you.

Once shipped, please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. Your order will arrive at your door unless your delivery address is considered an outlying area - in which case, we may need to send it to your nearest post office counter for you to collect instead. Tracking numbers will be sent to you once the order leaves us.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Depending on where the package is going, we may need to get you a shipping quote, so please contact us if you'd like to order from outside of South Africa.


Exchanges & Returns

If you aren't happy or satisfied with something you ordered, simply send it back to us within 14 days from when you received it. We can offer you an exchange, a refund or a credit for the cost of the goods. Shipping fees however, cannot be credited. If you wish to return an item, please communicate this with us as at before sending the item back.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels/tags. They must be in 100% of their original condition or we'll be unable to take it back.

Customers are responsible for the costs of getting the returned items back to us, unless we have supplied something incorrectly. We can have the items collected from you but the cost of this service will be deducted from your credit amount.

If you've received something defective, please let us know immediately so we can sort it out for you.


We aren't currently VAT registered, so our prices don't include tax.
